These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and b8vi ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the b8vi online gaming platform, including all related services, games, software, and content available at https://b8vi.cam and associated domains.

You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. This is Indonesia's legal gambling age and is strictly enforced. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action. b8vi conducts age verification through government-issued identity document checks during registration and before processing withdrawals.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. b8vi services are intended primarily for Indonesian players. Users accessing from restricted jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to create accounts or use platform services. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that would prevent you from gambling or entering into this Agreement. If you are gambling on behalf of another person, or if another person has access to your account, you are in breach of these Terms.
You are permitted only one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") for any reason, including to abuse bonuses or promotions, is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you have forgotten your account credentials, contact customer support rather than creating a new account.
You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of b8vi or any of our affiliated companies, partners, or service providers. You must not be a professional player or syndicate member engaged in systematic exploitation of platform vulnerabilities or promotional offers.
Age Verification Requirement: All users must verify their age through government-issued identification documents (KTP, passport, or driving license) before making their first withdrawal. Submitting false documents or attempting to circumvent age verification will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Parents and guardians should use device parental controls to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.
To access b8vi gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as appears on government ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and chosen username and password. b8vi is required by law and licensing regulations to verify the identity of all users. You must provide government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driving license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months) when requested. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal or when account activity triggers security reviews. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, address, or any other registered information changes, you must update your account profile immediately. b8vi is not responsible for failed communications or missed important notifications due to outdated contact information.
b8vi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, abusive behavior toward staff or other users, creating multiple accounts, collusion or cheating, use of automated betting software or bots, chargebacks or payment disputes, or failure to complete KYC verification. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Legitimate balances from accounts terminated without cause will be returned after deduction of applicable fees.
b8vi accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata), Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account status and verification level.
Deposits are typically processed instantly or within minutes of bank confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and your bank's processing schedule. Deposits made outside of Indonesian banking hours may experience delays until the next business day. b8vi does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply (typically Rp 50.000) and are displayed during the withdrawal process. You may be required to verify your identity via KYC procedures before your first withdrawal is approved.
b8vi strives to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, typically within 5 minutes for verified accounts during business hours (10:00-22:00 WIB). First-time withdrawals may take longer due to KYC verification requirements. Large withdrawals above Rp 50.000.000 may require additional security verification and processing time. Withdrawals requested outside of business hours or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For security purposes, you must verify ownership of all payment methods used on your account. This typically involves providing bank statements or screenshots showing your name and account number. Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts registered in your own name; third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited to prevent money laundering.
b8vi operates in strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You must wager at least 1x (one times) your deposit amount before withdrawing funds. Deposits followed by immediate withdrawal attempts without gaming activity will be flagged for review and may be declined. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Accounts identified as being used for money laundering will be immediately suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
b8vi does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, excessive withdrawal requests (more than 3 per day) may incur administrative fees. Your bank or payment provider may charge their own receiving fees, which are outside of b8vi's control.
Bonuses and promotions offered by b8vi are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time of each offer. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available only to eligible users who meet age, residency, and verification requirements. Each bonus is limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent methods will result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before you can withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount in real money bets before withdrawal. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sports bets at odds above 1.50 contribute 100%. All games available on b8vi platform operate according to their specific rules, which are accessible within each game or from the game provider's information page. Games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical expectations across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee results in short-term play.
All sports bets are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective sports governing bodies and b8vi's sports betting rules. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets will be settled according to industry-standard settlement rules, which typically void bets unless the match is rescheduled within 48 hours. Live in-play bets remain valid even if you experience connectivity issues, as bet acceptance is confirmed by our servers. Settlement of bets is based on official results announced by governing bodies.
Togel results are based on official draws from licensed lottery operators in Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau. Results are published on b8vi immediately after official announcement. Draw times are displayed in WIB (Western Indonesia Time). If an official draw is canceled or postponed, all bets on that draw will be voided and stakes returned.
If a game malfunctions during play (software error, display error, calculation error, or communication failure), all pays and plays for that specific round are void, and your stake will be refunded. b8vi is not liable for any losses caused by malfunctions, though we will investigate all reported issues and resolve them fairly.
If you disconnect during active gameplay, any open bets or game rounds will continue and be settled according to the game's rules. Upon reconnection, you can view results in your game history. For live casino games, if you disconnect during a betting round, any placed bets remain valid; if disconnection occurs before betting, no bets are placed. For sports betting, accepted bets remain valid regardless of connectivity issues.
b8vi reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, either before or after acceptance, at our sole discretion. In cases of obvious errors (incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, technical errors), b8vi reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. If such errors result in overpayment to your account, you must notify us immediately, and we reserve the right to deduct the erroneous amount from your balance.

b8vi is not responsible for losses resulting from: internet connectivity issues, hardware or software malfunctions on your device, errors or delays in data transmission, unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security, actions of third-party payment processors or banks, force majeure events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of your account balance or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and b8vi regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
Failure by b8vi to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of b8vi.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. b8vi may assign these Terms and all associated rights and obligations to any entity at any time without restriction.
